If you head to the beach then you will find it is great for body boarding and surfing. Of course you are also on the doorstep of Spain and Pyrernees for great days out.

The high point of many people's holiday here is the wonderful swimming pool complex with its sun terraces, outdoor pool, choice of water-slides, heated indoor pool and even a jacuzzi. And yet, the magnificent beach at Merlin Plage is just a short stroll away, with the beaches of St Jeande- Monts just a little further. Even so, superb swimming facilities and wonderful beaches are only a small part of the reason for coming to this super park. There is an excellent children's play area here, and activities are first class too, with lively regular entertainment in the bar throughout the season, sometimes going on quite late in high summer. There are also several restaurants open nearby in the height of the season. Some of our pitches are across a road from the main park facilities.
La Ferme de la Serraz at Lake Annecy, Alps

La Ferme de la Serraz, close to sparkling Lake Annecy in the French Alps, is a delightful and relaxed site. Ideally located for exploring this spectacular area, this green site is surrounded by superb mountain scenery. Soak up the stunning panoramic views from the terrace of the two swimming pools (one just for toddlers), or simply relax on your grassy pitch. There is a children's playground plus TV and games room, as well as a snack bar (high season only). This is a friendly, family run site that makes an ideal base for young families as well as keen walkers and outdoor sports enthusiasts. A lakeside beach is just under a mile from site, with swimming, boat trips and a wide choice of water sports available.

De la Baie is a relaxing site with a welcoming family atmosphere that is neatly laid out and very well looked after. It has a magical setting on a quiet wooded peninsula, beside a sweeping sandy beach backed by dunes and calm shallow waters, ideal for younger children. The park offers a wide range of organised children's activities, sports tournaments, bicycle tours and walks. It also features a lovely pool with some shade and a great waterslide. There is also an excellent bar, restaurant, and creperie, from which you can watch the children playing on the beach, or look out further to the bright sails of the windsurfers beyond. See it just once and you'll understand why Brittany's soft, sandy beaches are such a popular destination for families.

Chateau des Ormes is for you if you like water with a fantastic outdoor wave pool; two outdoor swimming pools; a tropical outdoor pool with waterslides; an indoor pool complex with water slides, lazy river and jacuzzi baths as well as a children's splash pool. Should the children bore of the water there is a children's club run by Al Fresco for 4-12 year olds. There are so many outdoor activities available you will have to work hard to find time to relax. There is the A la carte restaurant to help with the relaxing as will as the pizzeria/take away, plus the evening entertainment with a regular program of events including a disco. Near by you will find boat trips to the Channel Islands and sailing from St Malo, the chateau and lake at Combourg is 6miles away. Further afield is Mont St Michel with its beautiful abbey and museum.
