Whether you call it a static caravan (well, they don't move during the season) or a mobile home, they offer a huge amount of living space, kitchen and 2 or 3 bedrooms - and usually a sofa bed in the living/dining area.

Chalets, lodges and Tree houses

Chalets and lodges can offer an even higher standard of accommodation and a bigger living space. You will often find luxuries such as private hot tubs with a chalet. Camping the with all the hard work done for you. North West of France

North East France

Think of the north east of France and you are inevitably drawn to the captivating capital, Paris. As one of the most attractive capital cities in the World it is an exciting and enchanting place that makes you want to visit time and again.

Picardy is near the coast and therefore perfect for a short break from the UK as it starts just 45 miles from Calais. A region of rolling wooded countryside with so many pretty villages to explore but also is a great place for activities including riding, walking , cycling and golf.

The region of Burgundy is synonymous with the red wine that is grown here in the beautiful vineyards that stretch across this fertile land. However, there is more to Burgundy than wine as the area has much to offer in the way of beautiful landscapes, art & architecture, lakes, canals, rivers chateaux and beautiful towns.

The Jura mountains provide a dramatic backdrop to the camping and caravan in this region. A great place to visit for walking and exploring, as well as trying out the dry Jura wine.

South West France

Although a considerably longer trip from the UK, flying maybe a good option if you don't fancy a long drive, the weather in south west France is much warmer. Renowned for its ocean, forests, lakes and mountains the Aquitane region of offers the holiday tourist a bit of everything.

Most of Dordogne is in the Aquitane basin with its north east edge bordering on the Massif Central. Along the Dordogne river there are many beautiful chateaux and castles to explore, as well as a fascinating variety of caves. The Dordogne is rightly renowned for its gastronomy with rich and delicious cuisine at every turn.

In the Charente Maritime region you will find Royan, one of the most modern of seaside resorts along the Charente coastlines. There are superb sandy beaches that are really well supervised throughout the season and is a perfect base for water sports holidays.

South East France

The south east of France is truly outstanding with the Alps bordering one side and the French Rivera (Cote d'Azur) to the other.

The French Alps are a haven for tourists both in the winter and the summer. With glaciers, deep gorges, mountain passes, lakes, green plains of Geneva, Mont Blanc, and so much more. A perfect holiday for exploring or just relaxing in its beauty.

The Cote d'Azur, between Toulon and Nice, is considered one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Europe with superb sandy beaches with the Alps as a backdrop. Of course, no trip to the Riviera is complete without trips to Monaco and Nice.

The Languedoc and Roussillon regions stretches from the Pyrenees-Orientales on the Spanish border to Provence. Its the place to head for warm, sunny weather with the warm Mediterranean climate and 300+ days of sun a year.

South West England

With the best of the UK weather and some fantastic coastlines it is no surprise that the south west of England is the one of the most popular UK holiday destinations.

If you are keen a surfer, bodyboarder or other water sports then Cornwall is the place to head with both of its coastlines providing some excellent waves. However, there is more to Cornwall than surf and pasties with the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens Helligan being just 2 of the counties famous attractions.

Devon is rightly famed for its cream teas but with a wonderful coastline, moors and pretty towns and villages to explore there is plenty to see and do. Dorset to the east of Devon and Cornwall has the famous jurassic coastline and popular holiday resorts including Bournemouth and Christchurch.

South East England

The south east of England has so much to offer including easy access to the countries capital and all of its West End entertainment. Kent is considered the garden of England and as such is a simply fabulous place to explore quaint English villages. Sussex and Hampshire occupies much of the south coast with the popular resorts of Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton and national parks including the South Downs and The New Forest.

East England

Holidays to the east of England tend to focus on the Norfolk Broads, Lincolnshire Fens and the Suffolk Coast. Plenty of sandy beaches through Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex including popular holiday resorts of Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Canvey Island and lots more.
